PARTICIPATION FEES

We have no single rooms left.

1.    The above-mentioned registration cost includes a conference bag, congress documentation, and three nights full-board accommodation in the 5 star hotel.

2.    The fee is only applicable to participants staying in twin rooms. If a single room is requested, 75 Euro will be added to the participation charge (the number of single rooms is limited). If a participant in a single room requests an extra bed, they will pay per night 45 Euro in addition to the participation price, while participants in a double room will pay per night 70 Euro in addition to the participation charge for this request.

3.    Staying in a standard room with 2 adults: for 1st child aged 0-11,99 years it is free of charge and for 2nd child aged 0-1,99 years it is also free of charge. For requests for two people and two children, separate price information for the relevant room type is required.

4.    The registration price for single-day participation (from 09:00 to 18:00) without staying at the convention hotel is set at 100 Euro per person per day. A single day of attendance includes refreshments and lunch.

5. After paying the registration cost, please provide the receipt and a list of hotel guests to icanasconferences@gmail.com. Name, surname, ICANAS2024 REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION information should be included in the receipt’s explanation area.

6.    If you cancel by March 30, 2024, you will receive a refund for half of your registration fee. No refunds will be granted after March 31, 2024. All refunds will be issued following the conference event.

7.    One person can participate with a maximum of two papers.

8.    National participants can pay the congress registration and accommodation fees in Turkish Lira, taking into account the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of the day on which they make the payment.

9.    The hotel does not have a shuttle service.

ACCOMMODATION

IC Hotels Green Palace – Kundu Mahallesi Yaşar Sobutay Cad No:432, 07070 Aksu/Antalya has been designated as the congress center.

Hotel check-ins will begin April 17, 2024 at 14:00 and check-outs will be by April 20, 2024 at 12:00.
